We were met by a friendly member of staff from the greyhound bus and taken to the hostel. The place seemed very nice and looked like it had recently been done up and freshly painted. We later learnt that was true and they had just finished the main area and were now doing up what will be the ‘cottage’. We paid $28 for a 10 bed dorm room for one night and were given a good all round idea of things to do while we were in Port Macquarie without even having to ask.

“I like my hostels quirky and Ozzie Pozzie is just that. I’m not even sure what made me love it there so much. Maybe because of the staff, Richard, Phil, Simon and Brad. They planned trips to cellar doors and pizza nights. Maybe because of the fellow guests who made up Team Scotland. Maybe even because of a few particularly fuzzy goon nights.”
